Cartagena, Columbia

Just when I didn't think we were going to get to land again, we woke up this morning near Cartagena, Columbia.

We had a quick breakfast before we headed downstairs for our excursion.

We were finally outside on solid ground but only a few steps to get on the waiting bus.

Our Excursion was to the National Aviary to see all kinds of birds and wildlife.

We got to see all kinds of tropical birds

There was a DC license plate ;-) When we got to the ship, they had cold/wet wash rags to wipe our faces, and glassses of cold water

When we got back we got a great view of our home away from home.

It was time for a quick bite for lunch.

There was  football on the large screen when we returned.  But Grampy wouldn't be happy since his Cowboys weren't on.

After everyone was onboard and accounted for!

The port was busy with ships loading containers

Dinner time!

Appetizers

Main Course

Rob and Toni had to take some pills to make sure they wouldn't get sick from mosquito bites.  We got our planner for tomorrow. Which we will go through the Panama Canal.

And they did a turn down service for  the bed
