Mar 21: Entering the Red Sea

  

Heading down Gulf of Aden with the coast of Yemen to the North and Somalia to the South; Get to Djibouti and turn into the Red Sea

Card for one of our Assistant Cruise Director's Birthday and made a basket in Craft Class

We had a visitor today out on the Starboard side balconies. A little birding at sea.

The talk today was on our upcoming transit of the Suez Canal

As we entered the strait close to land on both sides. 

This area where piracy is a concern. Ship had water canons at the ready and security on the watch

But we made it into the Red Sea as the sun set
