Jan 21, At Sea between LA and Honolulu

Woke up today about 1/3 of the way to Hawaii

Besides turning our clocks back last night (so we are on Alaska time today, 4 hours earlier than east coast), today was mandatory covid testing.

Toni was looking at some fabric but not sure what she is up to.

Another paper folding craft today

We went up to the pool deck and saw that they had turned the pool into a splash pool!!  Because yesterday was a little rough, they had taken half the water out of the pool. But even with it being less rough, the water started going back and forth and finally made a big splash.  Since there was a lot of open recliners by the pool, we sat out for awhile.  But the pool towels became blankets today as it was only around 60 and breezy.  Then it started sprinkling, so we moved!

Dinner was different today as someone sat at our table so as soon as we walked in, the maître d' apologized and took us to a different table.  We were definitely used to Apol and Francesco knowing what we like and taking care of us.  Hopefully we are back at our table tomorrow.

You can get what ever you want from the menu. So Toni got a soup (French Onion) and two appetizers Crab and Artichoke Dip and Shrimp Cocktail. Rob got the dip and Penne pasta.

For dessert, Toni got the carrot cake and Rob the Peach Flambe

After dinner, we went to see a magic show.

And we turn our clocks back again tonight and we will be on Hawaii time (5 hours difference from East Coast)
