At the end, they had one of their waiters come out and sing. I think he is the Princess Pavarotti



After the cooling demonstration, we got a tour of the galley.  Masks were required and Toni made me a mask.


Lots of plates and bowels. Every dish had a picture of the presentation of the dish.


This was the same guy that also did the Ice Sculptors.


They were all glad to see us.
